To respect both your time and mine, please review the following policy before booking:
All private lessons must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your lesson time.
All private lessons must be scheduled and used within 6 months of purchase. Unused lessons after this period expire and are non-refundable.
Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the lesson being forfeited, with no refund or credit issued.
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice will result in forfeiture of the lesson, with no refund or credit.
If I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled lesson at your convenience.
Genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
By booking a lesson, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
